Biomolecular Systems Track
 
The Biomolecular Systems Track is focused on the integration of engineering with modern biology. Training in the fundamental aspects of molecular biology, genetics, organic and biochemistry is augmented by a blend of courses covering such topics as genome analysis and organization; evolution of protein sequences, structure and function; fundamentals of molecular structure and self assembly; cellular organization; onset of disease states; metabolic engineering; the analysis of complex signaling and regulatory pathways.
 

Requirements

In addition to the basic core courses, students selecting this track must complete the professional core and elective courses listed below.
