  Your registration fees include access to all sessions, the exhibit hall, ticket to Thursday night's "St. Louis Special Event", box lunch on Saturday, meeting tote bag, CD-Rom and program book.

  [Guest registrations are available to any fully paid registrant and include a ticket to Thursday night's "St. Louis Special Event", box lunch on Saturday, meeting tote bag and the program book. Any presenter/speaker is not eligible to register for the guest fee. Guest registration does not afford you access to technical/poster sessions or the exhibit hall].

  As BMES membership is an application process, all registrants must be a member in good standing by August 8th [application and payment must be received in BMES offices no later than 11:59 pm edst] to receive member discounted rates for this 2008 meeting. This ensures sufficient membership approval and processing time. Nonmember registration payments do not constitute signing up for BMES membership.   Only written cancellations received before August 29th can be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds can be given after August 29th. All refunds will be issued post meeting.
